Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The Quality Management (QM) and Technical Support Department is central to guaranteeing product excellence and regulatory compliance in our manufacturing of organic intermediates. Our QM system implements robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC protocols in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. We maintain stringent controls throughout the production process.
Quality Control Procedures
1. Quality Planning (QP): Establish quality objectives aligned with customer requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, REACH); define critical quality attributes (CQAs), sampling plans, and testing protocols for raw materials, intermediates, and final products. 2. Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspect raw materials via techniques like HPLC/GC analysis and certificate of analysis (COA) verification; reject non-conforming materials and document deviations. 3.In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Monitor critical process parameters (CPPs) such as temperature, pressure, and reaction time.
